This page describes what our products do with data. It is written to be specific rather than broad, so that each statement can be checked against the software.
IDR Gateway Helper browser extension
The extension makes no network request to Ripplarity. It contains exactly one outbound request in its source code, and it goes to a companion server address that you enter yourself in the options page. If you leave that field empty, which is the default, the extension never contacts any server.
What it stores
- The disputes you choose to track: an identifier, dates and a status. Stored using the browser's own extension storage on your computer.
- Your settings: the site addresses it should act on, the page selectors it uses, and your licence key if you have one.
This data stays in your browser. Removing the extension removes it.
What it reads but does not keep
When you attach a file on a supported dispute portal, the extension reads that file inside your browser to check it for protected health information and personally identifiable information before you upload it. This check happens locally. The file is not sent anywhere, and its contents are not stored, logged or transmitted. The extension reports only the categories found and how many of each, never the values themselves.
What it never does
- No analytics, telemetry, tracking, advertising identifiers or usage reporting of any kind.
- No collection of browsing history or activity on sites other than those you configure.
- No sale or sharing of data. There is no data to sell.
Optional companion sync
If you enter a companion server address in the options page, and only then, you can send your own dispute tracker to that server by pressing a button. You choose the address; it may be your own installation. Nothing is sent automatically or in the background.

Broader access is requested only if you choose to point the extension at a different address, and is never granted silently.
Our web products
IDRGateKit, GuardedGateway, Flight Recorder, RateLookup API and TradeInvoice store the data you enter in order to provide the service. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.
These products are in early access, and hosted data is not yet stored durably. Each product says so where it matters. Do not enter information you cannot afford to lose or that you would not want reset.
GuardedGateway is designed so that content flagged as containing protected health information is redacted before any request leaves it, and is never written to its logs or its audit ledger.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own pages and we never receive or store them. We keep the identifiers Stripe returns so we know which account paid and what it bought.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to support@ripplarity.com. For the browser extension there is nothing for us to delete, because we never receive it.
