We are a software vendor. We do not provide medical, legal, insurance or debt-collection services. We do not submit claims or process payments on behalf of customers, and we do not hold or transmit customer funds.
Billing and refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by card and can be cancelled at any time from the customer portal, which stops the next renewal. Prepaid API credits and per-item purchases are one-time charges. If a charge is wrong, or a product did not work as described, write to us and we will refund it. Charges appear on your statement as RIPPL* followed by the product name.
