Terms of sale
Effective 2026-09-25. Applies to every Ripplarity Inc software and data product, including IDRGateKit and IDR Benchmarks.
1. Identical terms to every party
Every product is offered at the published price and on these terms to any purchaser, including health care providers, facilities, group health plans, health insurance issuers, third-party administrators, law firms and analysts. We do not negotiate per-customer terms, revenue shares, or contingency arrangements.
2. No agency
Ripplarity Inc does not act for the purchaser in any matter. We do not file, negotiate, represent, advise on, or take any action in any payment dispute, including any federal or state independent dispute resolution proceeding, on behalf of any party. Our products are tools the purchaser operates itself. Outputs report the public record and the purchaser's own inputs; they are not advice and not a recommendation to file, settle, offer, or decline anything.
3. No performance fees or channel arrangements
We do not charge fees measured by amounts recovered, awarded, or settled. We do not pay or receive revenue shares, referral fees, or white-label distribution fees tied to any purchaser's dispute outcomes.
4. Concentration limit
To preserve independence, we may decline or cap further sales to any single purchaser whose payments approach five percent of our trailing twelve-month gross revenue. If that happens we will say so in writing.
5. Data products
IDR Benchmarks and related estimates are aggregates of the CMS Federal IDR public-use files. Cells with fewer than eleven disputes carry no figures. Figures are not case-mix adjusted and describe the past, not any future dispute.
6. Payment, refunds and cancellation
Payment is by card through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period, and we do not pro-rate a part month.
One-time purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase where nothing has been delivered. A licence key is delivered the moment it is issued to you, so an issued key is not refundable; a purchase that failed to deliver a key is refunded in full. Dispute credits are refundable for the unused balance within 14 days. Write to support and we will process it.
